Depends on how much complexity you want to add. Personally I’d go with a solent probably made with dux or simular so it’s removable for short tacking etc. If you add a staysail (2/3 up the mast) you will need to add running backstays or checkstay etc. I’d probably avoid this as it’s just extra faff. 150% forward with 100% for the solent and if you you need it a storm sail for the solent aswell would cover just about everything.
