MAXI 108 (35 feet) is a well-cared-for boat built in 1980 and ready to sail. She is a center cockpit cruiser designed for safe and comfortable long-distance sailing. The yacht underwent a major refit in 2019 and has been carefully maintained and upgraded since.

In 2019, her standing rigging was replaced, all hatches and stanchions were resealed, and a Rocna 20 kg anchor with 50 m chain and 50 m rope was added. Her hull was sandblasted, epoxy-treated, and coppercoated, ensuring long-lasting hull protection.

Her solid construction and thoughtful layout make her an ideal vessel for both family cruising and extended voyages. She offers stability and seaworthiness with a masthead rig and keel-stepped mast, carrying a Dacron mainsail and a 140% laminate genoa in a very good condition.

On deck, MAXI 108 is equipped for safety and convenience, featuring dual autopilots, Garmin plotter, radar, AIS (transmit and receive), EPIRB, solar panels, and padeyes/jackstay lines for secure movement at sea. The anchor windlass can be operated from both the cockpit and bow, and her targa arch supports solar panels and a new bimini/sun protection (2023).

Below deck, MAXI 108 offers comfortable accommodation for up to six in two cabins plus a convertible saloon. She is fitted with new interior lining and cushions, LED lighting throughout, diesel heater, hot water system, and two refrigerators.

The galley includes a three-burner gas stove, while the electric toilet (2024) connects to a 50L blackwater tank with deck pump-out. Additional features include a 120L diesel tank, 220L freshwater tank, inverter, and liferaft (Lalizas 4-person).
