Well-maintained Maxi84 with few owners who underwent continuous updating and maintenance in very good condition. Perfect boat for couples or small families (4-5 berths) that is easy to handle, is stable and withstands wind and perfect for archipelago sailing. Continuously serviced engine VP MD7A that started and ran perfectly with S110 drive with newer gaskets, upgraded brass 2-blade folding propeller (better power), engine compartment extra insulation, Silva log and plumb instruments, Plotter, VHF radio, compass, new stereo with speakers also in cockpit, fresh water tank 80 l with electric pump, pressurized water pump for sea water in kitchen and WC, cockpit lighting in blue, cockpit table laguna, shore power 220v and ground fault breaker with socket at kitchen/saloon as well as front bunks, USB socket for car phone charging etc, newer point forward, newer bathing jetty aft, Ankarolina and substantial Bruce anchor with anchor diverter for easy handling.
The boat is equipped with a Seldén rig, newer spinnaker, jib boom mounted on deck, furling jib with re-stitched genoa for better handling on cruises with UV protection, mainsail with lazy jacks. Age sail probably about 8-10 years but in good condition, windows changed about 10 years ago, all cases are new and lowered to cockpit, new dirk.
Various mooring lines, fenders with protection, Windex, various. spare parts (filter, V-belt etc. etc.) cradle in wood, press fittings, keel renovated and epoxy coated.
