Well-maintained Maxi84 with few owners who underwent continuous updating and maintenance in very good condition. Perfect boat for couples or small families (4-5 berths) that is easy to handle, is stable and withstands wind and perfect for archipelago sailing. It sails for its size well in all winds but best in half wind and works very well to live in.

Maxi 84 is a Swedish-made very high quality boat with a strong hull and substantial interior to last for many years and well worth caring for.


All interior cushions are new, all wall/bulk cladding is new including all stowage compartments (i.e. all original down material is gone), new spray hood Captain blue, new canopy Captain blue, stove with oven, dimmable LED lighting in the entire salon, all wood is renovated/varnished , newer toilet, newer refrigerator with freezer function, solar cell with regulator, battery charger, 2 operating batteries, 2 starting batteries, Wallas 1800 heater + brand new heater 5kw (not installed), cockpit seating surfaces and colander covered in teak, new doors/saloon hatches from the cockpit in smoked plexiglass.

Continuously serviced engine VP MD7A that started and ran perfectly with S110 drive with newer gaskets, upgraded brass 2-blade folding propeller (better power), engine compartment extra insulation, Silva log and plumb instruments, Plotter, VHF radio, compass, new stereo with speakers also in cockpit, fresh water tank 80 l with electric pump, pressurized water pump for sea water in kitchen and WC, cockpit lighting in blue, cockpit table laguna, shore power 220v and ground fault breaker with socket at kitchen/saloon as well as front bunks, USB socket for car phone charging etc, newer point forward, newer bathing jetty aft, Ankarolina and substantial Bruce anchor with anchor diverter for easy handling.

The boat is equipped with a Seldén rig, newer spinnaker, jib boom mounted on deck, furling jib with re-stitched genoa for better handling on cruises with UV protection, mainsail with lazy jacks. Age sail probably about 8-10 years but in good condition, windows changed about 10 years ago, all cases are new and lowered to cockpit, new dirk.

Various mooring lines, fenders with protection, Windex, various. spare parts (filter, V-belt etc. etc.) cradle in wood, press fittings, keel renovated and epoxy coated.
The boat is otherwise annually spring equipped with careful polishing, bottom painting, material handling, service etc. All instruction manuals and other documents etc. since new purchase are included.


In order to get everything in perfect condition, a few small fixes remain, which is why an adjustment of the price can be made in the event of a quick transaction.
