LookBoat Inbox

LookBoat Inbox is the internal customer relationship tool used by the LookBoat brokerage team. It brings together boat enquiries and conversations, helps the team prepare replies, and records viewings and follow-ups. Access to the CRM is restricted to authorized LookBoat staff.

With authorization from the owner of the LookBoat Google account, the application reads company Gmail messages to display enquiries, sends replies from that mailbox, and manages Google Calendar events for boat viewings. The team also uses the CRM to organize conversations received through other connected channels.
