The Nordia Van Dam 64, built in 1974, is a superb example of a classic seagoing vessel that perfectly combines aesthetics and functionality. This steel-hulled ketch has impressive dimensions: length is 19.5 meters, width is 5.03 meters, and draft is 2.41 meters. The yacht’s displacement is 44 tons, which gives it stability and reliability in sailing. The Original Volvo Penta MD 100B engine with 170 hp allows you to reach speeds of up to 8.5 knots, which makes the yacht ideal for long sea passages.
The interior of the yacht is thought out to the smallest detail to provide maximum comfort for its guests. There are three spacious cabins on board, accommodating up to seven people, as well as additional berths in the saloon. The yacht is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long stay on the water, including air conditioning, two boilers, a washer and dryer, a galley with an oven, two refrigerators, and a freezer. For entertainment, there is a TV, DVD, and an audio system covering the salon and cockpit. Reliability and safety are ensured by modern navigation instruments and rescue equipment, including a life raft and an EPIRB.
Rigging was changed in 2009. Full teak replacement was made in 2009 in Turkey.
This luxury boat is in perfect condition and ready for short sea trips and long journeys.
