The Moody S38 (1996) is a rare and sought-after model, one of only 20 “S” (Sport) class yachts built among the 60 Moody 38s produced between 1995 and 1998. This particular Moody S38 has been extensively upgraded and maintained to a very high standard. It features new B&G navigation electronics, a Raymarine ST6001 Smart Autopilot, and a fully rebuilt 38 HP Yanmar engine by an authorized service center in Turgutreis, complete with new insulation and a 3-blade propeller.
Comfort and functionality are enhanced by new Jabsco electric toilets, a Fisher Panda 4.0 kW silent generator (600 hours, fully serviced), air conditioning in the master and guest cabins, new LED interior lighting, and two-year-old Exide AGM batteries.
The deck and cockpit areas boast a new teak table with cup holders and a marine lamp, a new bimini and sprayhood, and a 300-watt solar panel.
Additional features include 80 meters of new galvanized chain, a 20 kg anchor, a serviced 1000-watt Lofrans windlass with new wiring and remote controls, and a 2.7 m aluminum-bottomed dinghy with a 6 HP Mercury outboard.
