Order a Survey and Reserve This Boat

Once the survey is ordered, the boat will be reserved for you as a potential buyer for the duration of the inspection process.

A survey is a comprehensive inspection of the vessel, covering all accessible areas and key components to give you a clear understanding of the boat’s condition.

The survey includes inspection of:

  • The hull and structure, including signs of damage or moisture
  • All onboard systems (engine, electrical, plumbing)
  • Mast, standing and running rigging, and sails
  • Safety equipment and compliance items
  • Navigation and onboard electronics
  • Interior spaces, fittings, and overall condition

Professional pre-purchase survey conducted by an experienced, licensed marine surveyor.

Beneteau First 47.7 Regatta Edition, built in 2001, combines serious offshore performance with practical cruising accommodation. This deep-keel version has a 2.80 m lead fin keel, fractional performance rig and Category A Ocean certification.

Originally owned and campaigned by the racing team, she comes with an exceptional inventory of racing equipment, including 13 sails with carbon mainsails and genoas, multiple spinnakers and storm sails, a carbon-fiber spinnaker pole, an extensive selection of Lewmar and Harken deck hardware, and a large quantity of Dyneema sheets, halyards and spare rigging.

Power is provided by a Volvo Penta 50 HP diesel with approximately 1700 hours.

The boat offers four double cabins and two heads, making her equally interesting for offshore cruising, extended liveaboard use or a new racing campaign.

Onboard equipment includes B&G navigation and sailing electronics with radar, autopilot, AIS and VHF, a 7000 W inverter, three large solar panels, refrigerator and freezer, plus generous 600-litre freshwater and approximately 200-litre fuel capacity.

The inventory is particularly comprehensive, extending to winch and rigging spares, general spare parts, kitchenware and safety equipment, including lifejackets and lifelines/harnesses for up to 12 crew.

A 3.30 m RIB with a Honda 20 HP four-stroke outboard was added in 2024.

Beneteau First 47.7 is generally operational but would benefit from some maintenance, repairs and cosmetic attention, offering a new owner a well-equipped platform with substantial performance potential without the expense of building such an inventory from scratch.
