The Beneteau First 405 owner version, built in 1986, is a well-maintained performance cruiser combining solid offshore capabilities with a comfortable and practical cruising interior. Below deck, she offers a spacious layout with two double cabins, two heads, a functional galley, a nav station, and a bright main saloon. Lots of upgrades have been done recently. 

She features a sloop rig with aluminium spars, stainless-steel standing rigging, and a Furlex 300S furler system installed in 2019.

Sail inventory includes two main sails, two foresails with UV strip replaced in 2022, and a Seateach wing spinnaker, all supported by quality Lewmar winches. 

Additional gear includes Raymarine electronics, Webasto heating, wind and solar power systems (400W total), a Whispa battery charger, and 240V AC installation with chrome LED lighting and USB sockets throughout.

Safety and cruising equipment includes anchors, a dinghy with Torqeedo electric outboard, MOB gear, a life raft, and a full cockpit and deck cover.
