One of my subscribers sent me a boat that he put up for sale, and it seems to me that the option is very attractive. The boat is equipped very well and fully ready for sea adventures without major investment in the near future.
The guy is only the third owner. The previous owner made it around the world. There is a full-service history since 1998. The current owner is forced to sell it because of the move.
There is a large list of works that were carried out in 2021. All portholes, deck hatches, and plexiglass elements were replaced. All electrical wiring has been completely updated. A system of fresh water tanks for 500 liters and a 150 W solar panel + a new Dolphin pro 200Ah battery were installed.
Completely new sailing wardrobe for 2021: mainsail, staysail, genoa, and spinnaker. All halyards are brought to the cockpit.
The Volvo Penta MD11 engine with 23 hp was completely refurbished in 2007 (7000 euros were invested in the engine). Now the engine starts and runs like clockwork, speeds up to 7 knots, and has a consumption of less than 1 liter per hour.
How do you like this yacht, friends? I think this is a good deal considering the location, the many upgrades, and the fresh sailing wardrobe.
