Hanse 342, three-cabin version from 2007. A stylish family boat in fine condition with enough space for the family. Just to launch toward the home port!
Hanse varvet is known for manufacturing robust and well-sailing cruisers where the sandwich hull decreases the risk of condensation. It is particularly evident in spring and autumn (but also during Swedish summers). Webasto heaters keep the warmth under the deck when required.
The interior is red-stained mahogany with white bulkheads, which, together with many portlights and skylights, gives a bright and trendy appearance. The mahogany doors to cabinets/wardrobes have ventilation slits. The Hanse 342 was named European Yacht Of The Year 2004.
Hanse yard has invested in rudder connections that transfer the power from the Lewmar steering wheel to the rudder, which both provide excellent direct contact with the rudder and is a very secure and enduring construction.
This boat from 2007 has a three-cabin solution below deck, which makes it a very successful boat for the family with growing children. The feeling below the deck is bigger than might be expected from a 34-footer. Everything is brilliant and well-designed.
Hanse 342 has mainsail and jib in original from North, as well as a gennaker for more open bows. A very flexible and easy-to-handle sail wardrobe.
The first owner of the boat is now selling.
