The Feeling 39 DI, 1991 is a versatile and elegant sailing yacht, perfect for long-distance cruising and coastal exploration. Built in 1991 by Kirié Constructions Nautique in La Rochelle, France, this boat boasts a retractable keel and twin rudders, giving it a shallow draft of 0.80 meters, while still being capable of reaching a deeper draft of 2.20 meters for more stable offshore sailing. Its construction is primarily polyester, with a round bilge hull shape, and it has undergone extensive upgrades in recent years. Significant overhauls include a new forestay, a six-blade bow thruster, and stainless steel keel plate in the past few years, ensuring it’s in top sailing condition. The Feeling 39 DI is known for its spacious interior and well-thought-out deck layout that allows for easy maneuvering and comfort.

In terms of accommodation, the yacht features four cabins with sleeping capacity for up to ten people, making it ideal for larger groups or families. The interior has been updated with new elm wood paneling and wall and ceiling cladding in 2022, providing a fresh and modern feel. The salon offers ample standing height at 1.90 meters, and each cabin is designed for both comfort and practicality. The kitchen is fully equipped with an Eno three-burner gas stove, an oven, and a 90-liter refrigerator, while the bathroom includes a pump toilet and a hand shower. Additionally, the yacht is fitted with a Raymarine wireless navigation system, autopilot, VHF radio, and an array of sails, including a mainsail, genoa, and storm jib, ensuring optimal performance in various conditions.

Mechanically, the Feeling 39 DI is powered by a reliable Yanmar 4JH 2E diesel engine with 40-44 horsepower. This engine has been meticulously maintained, with a comprehensive overhaul completed in the winter of 2023/24, including the gearbox, engine mounts, and water-cooling system. The yacht also features a robust electrical system with shore power, solar panels, and multiple batteries to ensure comfort and reliability on extended voyages. Whether for cruising the Mediterranean or tackling more demanding offshore routes, the Feeling 39 DI is fully equipped and ready to sail, offering a perfect blend of speed, comfort, and capability.
