The Beneteau Oceanis 50 (2011) is a well-maintained owner’s yacht, equipped for serious cruising and liveaboard comfort.
Powered by a reliable Yanmar 110 hp engine and a newly replaced sail drive, she also features an Onan 6 kW generator.
The boat is outfitted for extended independence with a 60 L/h watermaker, Webasto heating, and three powerful BTU air conditioning units.
Navigation and safety are enhanced by a full Raymarine suite including radar and AIS, while solar panels (2 x 145 W) help sustain onboard energy needs.
The standing rigging was renewed in 2022, and high-performance UK sails were added in 2023, along with all new ropes.
Deck equipment includes four Harken winches, one of which is electric, a 25 kg anchor with 100 m of chain, and a bimini and sprayhood replaced in 2022.
Comfort at the helm is ensured with clear visibility and efficient layout under the wheel. The yacht also comes with a 2.20 m dinghy and a 4 hp Tohatsu outboard, perfect for shore excursions.
Power is supported by three AGM Warta 125 Ah batteries. While the vessel is in solid overall condition and well-equipped for cruising, the primary cosmetic issue is the thinning teak deck, which may require attention in the near future.
