Once the survey is ordered, the boat will be reserved for you as a potential buyer for the duration of the inspection process.

A survey is a comprehensive inspection of the vessel, covering all accessible areas and key components to give you a clear understanding of the boat’s condition.

The survey includes inspection of:

The hull and structure, including signs of damage or moisture
All onboard systems (engine, electrical, plumbing)

The 2007 Bavaria Cruiser 37 is a well-maintained, privately owned sailing yacht that has never been used for charter.

Presented in the popular three-cabin, one-head configuration, she offers a practical and comfortable layout for family cruising and extended sailing.

Powered by a Volvo Penta 1-30B with saildrive (2489 hours), the engine has been regularly serviced and benefited from significant recent maintenance, including a new injector pump and serviced injectors in 2025, a new engine start battery, and raw-water pump bearing and seal replacement in 2026.

The saildrive output shaft seals were also replaced and pressure-tested by Volvo Penta in 2026.

Sailing equipment includes a new mainsail fitted in 2026 and hardly used, in-mast furling, a good-condition spinnaker and a staysail with complete setup.

The standing rigging was inspected in 2025, while some running rigging has been renewed.

The yacht has received a substantial number of recent upgrades, making her well equipped for independent cruising.

Her electrical system includes two new 180 Ah house batteries (2026), upgraded 360 W + 40W solar panels, a 600W inverter and a solar/davit frame installed in 2026.

The tender package comprises a 2025 Quicksilver 2.4 m tender with a 2025 Mercury 4hp outboard.

Navigation and electronics include a Raymarine C70 chartplotter, Raymarine ST60 instruments, Tridata, autopilot and VHF radios.

A Furuno 1632 radar is installed but currently powers on without transmitting.

All underwater through-hulls and valves were replaced in 2026, and the hull was antifouled in May 2026.

Additional equipment includes a gas BBQ, ice machine, TV, deck cushions, bimini and sprayhood, folding three-blade propeller, safety equipment, 10 fenders, spare anchor and a comprehensive selection of lines, tools and spare parts.
