Purchased another boat so will not be using this one anymore.
Basic boat. Has oven/stove plus 2 sinks yet does not have AC unit or Refrigerator. The centerboards need replacement. That said we have been running this boat for over 2 years just fine without them. This boat made a journey from the Florida Keys to Destin, FL in the Gulf of Mexico plus numerous daily trips. The marine head was replaced with a C-Head self composting toilet. Plenty of areas to sleep plus large table to have dinner.
We did purchase the Chesapeake Lightcraft replacement boards (unfinished). The boards have been partially finished so some labor has already been done on this. We are valuing the boards at $4300 which is included in the total price as in boat + boards. We would recommend on the next boat yard maintenance date to redo the bottom paint & reinforce the aft section where engine mount is attached as well as install the boards to improve the boat performance.
In summary, the boat could use some work yet is fully functional and can be sailed/motored as is.
