Looking to build a great crew, definitely one, possibly two for extended sailings, for anything from five days to multiple months, maybe even a year. Departing from Ensenada, MX. (October 25-31st departure), Puerto Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Costa Rico, Panama and beyond.
In order to fulfill this adventure of traveling by boat around the world will require people with communication skills, trustworthy, open minds, think out of the box, able to understand the perils and rewards of sailing, able to travel light, able to support themselves, plus minimal shares expenses, (Contributions of $15 per day for provisions), and to thrive in small quarters. Although not necessary, intermediate sailing skills are desired, but given the right situation and willing to learn. In addition, you must be responsible, must possess valid passport with a minimum of one year prior to expiration, basic knowledge of what your VISA requirements, must possess basic health insurance, a swimmer, and must be culturally aware. Must be willing to undergo a background check.
Crew shall be responsible for individual Travel
to and from Port of departure and on-shore expenses. Should a crew member leave early or is asked to depart, that crew member is responsible for their return travel expenses.
