Established initially as an industrial studies and construction company in 1987, Kormos S.A. expanded its sailboat data operations by leasing the facilities of DROMOR Yachts and acquiring its technical personnel in 1996. This strategic move allowed Kormos S.A. to diversify into the construction and repair of inflatables, sailing yachts, and motor yachts made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (GRP), as well as the fabrication of trailers for boat transportation.
